How to get here by airplane

Tampere airport is located in Pirkkala, about 100 km from Jämsä. It’s the biggest airport in the area of Central Finland and offers direct flights from London and Riga through Ryanair and AirBaltic. In total you can fly to Tampere from 300 destinations.

In spring 2022 Air Baltic will start new direct flights between Tampere and 6 european cities, such as Malaga, Copenhagen and Munich.

Jyväskylä airport is located at Tikkakoski, 80 km from Jämsä. You can get to Jyväskylä by plane mainly from Helsinki, through Nyxair.
