Kuikka is a single cottage in the area of Himoslaakso. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course.
It is a walking distance to Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Cottage is suitable for people who want to enjoy the vicinity of slopes and restaurant services.

The cottage has 2 floors and 2 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor living room, kitchen and dining table, sauna+shower, toilet and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
Upstairs loft with 2 single beds and 2 mattresses, and a sofabed. There is baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds
Loft with 4 single beds and sofa bed.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, Smart-TV, soundbar, wlan, electric heating, fireplace, storagebox for firewood, sauna + shower, toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, baby cot.

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include final cleaning or sheets. Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with reservation.

Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.

There is a construction site close to the cottage.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
