Himoskuikka is a semidetached villa in the area of HimosYkkönen. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course. It is a walking distance to the Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, fireplace, toilet, sauna+shower and 2 bedrooms.
On the loft 2 separate sleeping areas, both with 2 single beds. There is baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Downstairs 2 bedrooms (2 single beds/120 cm wide bed).
Loft with 2 separate sleeping areas, both with 2 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Blankets and pillows, TV, BluRay-player, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna+shower, toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, baby safety gate, electric grill during summer and autumn.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
