Himosässä 3 is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort area. It has beautiful views to Himos Patalahti golf course. Himos Areena and restaurant services are a within a walking distance.

Himosässä 3 is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has 2 floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, 1 bedroom, fireplace, sauna+shower, toilet.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. There is also loft with 2 single beds, TV and a toilet.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 1 bedroom with doublebed.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.
Loft with 2 single beds.
There is a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Kitchen equipment:

Refridgerator, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, 2 xTV, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 3 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes.

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with each reservation.
Blankets and pillows are included in the cottage. Sheets and towels can be ordered from HimosLomat if required.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
