Himos Rantahovi is a semidetached villa in Central Himos. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Patalahti-lake straight from the villa or take a dip straight from the deck. Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants are about one kilometer away.

Villa is combinable with the neighbouring apartment (Himos Rantahovi B), if both parts are reserved for the same company.
Chalets are suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has 3 floors and 4 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is a spacious livingroom with kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
The connecting door between the houses is located in the kitchen.

Upstairs there is a sitting area with TV and sofa, 1 bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Sauna and fireplace are located downstairs, as well as 1 bedroom.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor is 2 bedrooms. There is 120 cm wide bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the other room.

Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and sleeping alcove with 3 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, cleaning utensils, TV, DVD-player, electric heating, fireplace, sauna + shower + 3 x toilet, washing machine,
gas grill, airing cupboard for skiing clothes.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.

The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 199 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
