Himoskärppä is a semi-detached cottage in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos)
Semi-detachded house was built in 2008

Himoskärppä-cottages are built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start from the corner of the house.

These cottages are decorated in a simple but modern manner, large windows give a view to the lake Patalahti.
Interior is bright and cottages are well suited for families.

The cottage has two floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen + living room, alcove, sauna, shower, toilet and 1 bedroom (double bed).
In the alcove downstairs is a sofabed for one.
The loft has 3 single beds and it is 160 cm high from the middle

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 1 bedtoom with doublebed, and sleeping alcove with sofabed for 1 person.
Loft with 3 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, wi-fi, electric heating, fireplace, sauna + shower + toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, gas grill (in use during summer season), outdoor jacuzzi.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
