Himoksen Svingi is a single villa in the developing Golf Resort area. Here you can enjoy beautiful scenery to ski slopes and the golf course in summer time. Himos Areena and restaurant services are a within a walking distance.

Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double bed / 2 x single bed), fireplace, sauna+shower+toilet.
Upstairs is 1 bedroom with double bed an a big loft with 3 single beds and 4 mattresses for extra beds.
Downstairs is a room with 2 single beds and a toilet.

In the terrace there is outside cooking area with barbeque.

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor is 2 bedrooms. There is doublebed in 1 bedroom ans 2 single beds in the other room.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with doublebed, and big loft with 2 single beds and 4 mattresses for extra beds.
Downstairs two single rooms.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

There is a charging station for electric cars in the villa. Charging fee is 20 €/day and it is charged according to the duration of the booking.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price does not include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

End-cleaning fee will be added automatically to all reservations during certain times.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
