Chalet Himos is a single villa in the Himoslähde area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.
Villa is suitable for business clients as well as families.

The villa has two floors and 3 bedrooms.
In the entrance floor is livingroom with TV and fireplace, kitchen + dining area, 3 bedrooms, sauna+shower, 2 x toilet.
There is also workstation for distance workers and TV in one of the bedrooms.

Loft with 4 mattresses and TV for PlayStation.

Bedrooms:

3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. Loft with 4 mattresses.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 3 x TV, PlayStation3, electric heating, fireplace, sauna, 2 x shower, 2 x toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, Internet, air source heat pump.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Charging station for electric cars

There is a charging station for electric cars in the villa. Charging fee is 15 €/day and it is charged according to the duration of the booking.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 80 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
