Alppirinne 1 A 3 is a semi-detached villa in the Alppinotko area, close to ski slopes and services. It was built in 2024.

The villa has two floors.
In the entrance floor is livingroom with TV, kitchen, toilet and sauna.There is also glazed terrace and outdoor jacuzzi.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and toilet.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk bed (double bed below and single bed on top).
There is also a sofabed for 2 poeple.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set and kitchen cutlery.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, wi-fi, storage for skiing or golf equipment, gas grill.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.
There is no fireplace in the villa.

Accommodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 66 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
