Youth Jukola 16.-17.8.2025Nuorten Jukola logo

Finland’s largest youth orienteering event is coming to Himos-Jämsä! Over 150 teams, totaling more than a thousand participants, are expected to attend. This year, the Youth Jukola relay is also a celebration event: it is being held for the 40th time.

The youth orienteering super weekend consists of the Youth Jukola relay on Saturday and the national Compass and INOV-8 league finals on Sunday. Additionally, national competitions will be organized for other categories.

The competition center will be the Jämsänkoski Myllymäki ice rink, around which the competitions will take place. The area is ideal for young orienteers. The trails, sand pits, and varied terrain will comprehensively test concentration and skill.

The event is spectator-friendly: there is plenty of parking space and good viewing spots around the ice rink for supporters.

The youth super weekend is organized by Jämsän Retki-Veikot. The main partner of the event is the City of Jämsä.

Warmly welcome to experience a wonderful orienteering event in the summery landscapes of Himos-Jämsä!
