Alppirinne 1 B 1 is a semi-detached villa in the new and upcoming Alppinotko-area. In the winter West-Himos slopes and skiing tracks are close and during summer time you can enjoy the vicinity on Himos Patalahti golf course.

Villa is suitable for families as well as business clients and groups.

In the entrance floor is livingroom, kitchen, one bedroom, sauna and bathroom. From the living room is access to glazed terrace and the outdoor jacuzzi.

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and toilet.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs is one bedroom with double be.
Upstairs is two bedrooms, both with 3 single beds.

There is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room downstairs.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dinner set and standard kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, cleaning equipment, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, iron and ironing board, TV, wi-fi, electric heating, sauna, bathroom, 2 x toilet, electric grill (in use during summer season), plug for car heating, outdoor jacuzzi, storage for skiing equipment.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

There is no fireplace in this villa.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
