A single villa in the Länsihuippu area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.

Villa is suitable for families as well as business clients.

The villa has 3 floors and 2 bedrooms.

In the entrance floor is kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Downstairs is sauna and lounge with pool table and TV. There is also access to the back yard with outdoor jacuzzi in it.
Upstairs is open loft.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor is 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed and one has doublebed and a single bed.

Upstairs is open loft with 6 single beds, 1 double bed and one 120 cm wide bed.

There is also 3 extra mattresses in the villa.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, electric heating, air-source heat pump, 2 x fireplace, storage for fire wood, washing machine, tumble dryer, pool table, gas grill (only in use during summertime).

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The cottage has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 160 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
