Villa Helmiina is a single villa in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
It is built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage.
In the summer time the hiking paths start close by.

The villa has 2 floors.
In the entrance floor is kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and sauna.
There is a smaller terrace with glass walls and a bigger terrace with ourdoor jacuzzi.

Upstairs is loft and toilet.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 2 bedrooms with doublebeds.
Loft with 4 single beds.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, 2 x toilet, washing machine, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, air source heat pump, gas grill (only in use during summertime).

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning. Obligatory final cleaning 106 € will be charged with each reservation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
