Villa Loimu is a unique stand-alone villa near Himos Areena and Himos Hotel.
The villa was built in the summer of 2020.

The villa is especially suitable for business guests and groups.

The villa is in one floor and there is spacious living room with Smart-TV and large sofa. The kitchen is well equipped and kitchen table seats 16 people.

There is also 6 bedrooms, sauna and a sitting room.
From the sitting room a direct access to the back terrace, where is a large outdoor jacuzzi.

There is also a unique private putting field in the villa’s yard.

Bedrooms:

3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds ans 1 bedroom with 4 single beds.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 250 €/reservation if booked in advance.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, blender, dishwasher, icecube machine, 2 x coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic dinner set
and kitchen cutlery.
Another refrigerator in the sitting room.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, tumble dryer, airing cupboard for skiing clothes. iron and ironing board, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna,
toilet x 3, fireplace, TV x 3, Playstation 4, soundbar soundsystem, gas grill (only in use during summertime), 3 x hairdryer. Bring your own blankets and sheets for the baby cot.

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 199 € will be charged with each reservation.

We recommend reserving linen and towels ready made to beds, price 20 € / person.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
