Kuikanranta is a semi-detached cottage in the area of Himoslaakso. In the winter West-slopes are close and summer time a short way to the golf course.
It is a walking distance to Himos Areena and surrounding restaurants. The cottage in renovated in summer 2020.

The cottage has two floors and two bedrooms.
In the entrance is floor living room+kitchen, 1 bedroom, sauna+shower and toilet.
Upstairs 1 bedroom and open loft. There is baby safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs 1 bedroom with doublebed.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed. Open loft with 3 single beds.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, TV, cd-player, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, sauna + shower, toilet, airing cupboard for skiing clothes, baby safety gate, iron and ironing board, wifi, gas grill (only in use during summer time).

Good to know:

Pets are not allowed in this cottage.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.

Obligatory final cleaning 85 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

There is a construction site close to the cottage.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
