Käenpesä is a single villa in the Himoslehto area. In the winter West-Himos slopes are close and during summer time you can enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings.
Villa is suitable for families and small groups.

The villa has 3 floors and 4 bedrooms.

In the entrance floor a livingroom with TV, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There is also a big terrace on this floor.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a small loft with tv and a game console.

Sauna and bathroom is located downstairs.

Bedrooms:

In the entrance floor 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. Loft with 2 single beds and 2 extra mattresses.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation. During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator freezer, oven, electric cooker, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, dinner set and basic kitchen utensils, high chair.

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, 2 x TV, dvd-player, hair dryer, electric heating, fireplace, storage for fire wood, washing machine, baby cot, Internet-connection, sauna+shower, 2 x toilet, air-source heat pump.

Good to know:

There is a very steep and narrow drive way to villa. There is a parking area in front of the cottage and half way in the drive way there is a small parking area for 1-2 cars and a plug for car heater.

Hot tubs are not allowed in this villa.

Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 160 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
