HimosÄssä 1B is a semi-detached villa in the area of Golf Resort, near the Himos Patalahti golf course. Villas were ready in March 2016.
It is just a kilometer walk by the pavement to the Himos Areena, restaurants and the market.

This bright high standard villa is excellent for a casual meeting, two parts of the house can be combined with a connecting door if both parts are reserved for same company.

The villa has two bedrooms and a sleeping cubicle which can be used as a sitting room aswell.
In the entrance floor ia a spacious livingroom, kitchen, fireplace, bathroom and TV. The large windows are viewing the ravishing Western slopes.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs one bedroom with two separate beds.
Upstairs one bedroom with a double bed (120cm) and two single beds.
There is also a sofabed in the upstairs sitting area.

Kitchen equipment:

Refrigerator, freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dinner set and standard kitchen utensils

Equipment:

Blankets and pillows, washing machine, drying cabinet for skiing clothes, fireplace, storage for fire wood, 2 x TV, electric heating, sauna + shower +2 x toilet, outdoor jacuzzi,
plug for car heating.

Outdoor jacuzzi:

The villa has an outdoor jacuzzi which you can book for use during your stay.
The renting price is 160 €/reservation if booked in advance. If the reservation for the jacuzzi is made during check-in, the price is 185 €/reservation.
During festivals, the renting price is 220 € / reservation.

During certain times the outdoor jacuzzi is added to the reservations automatically. You can check these times here.

Good to know:

Accomodation price doesn’t include end-cleaning or sheets and towels.
Obligatory final cleaning 80 € will be charged with each reservation.

Sheets and towels can be rented from Himos Center reception.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 16 o’clock / 4 pm and check-out is at 12 o’clock / noon.

During weeks 52-1 and 8-9 check-in starts at 18 o’clock / 6 pm.
